Why wax your legs?
A razor only cuts hair at the surface, which means it grows back fast and often feels prickly. Wax pulls the hair from the root. The result: way longer-lasting smoothness and hair that grows back finer with every session. The more often you wax, the more comfortable each session gets.

Which wax for your legs?

Step 1: prep your skin
Good prep is the key to a successful session:
- The ideal hair length is 3 to 5 mm (about a quarter inch). Too short and the wax can't grip. Too long and it gets more painful.
- Skin must be clean and dry. Skip creams and oils on the day you wax.
- Exfoliate 48 hours ahead to lift dead skin and free ingrown hairs. Our KOKO Coconut Body Scrub is perfect for this.
- Apply Pre Wax Lotion right before waxing to improve grip.
Step 2: melt your wax
Drop your wax pearls into the KOKO WAX warmer and let them melt for a few minutes. The ideal consistency is similar to thick honey: liquid, but not runny.

Step 3: apply and remove the wax
- Use the spatula to apply a thin layer of wax in the direction of hair growth.
- Wait until the edges start to set (about 30 seconds).
- Pull off in one quick, flat motion against the direction of hair growth. Never pull upward.
- Hold your skin taut with your other hand to minimize the sensation.
- Work in small sections: calf, knee, thigh, one zone at a time.
For tricky spots like the knee or ankle, gently shift your skin so it's nicely taut before applying the wax.
Step 4: aftercare
After your session, your skin needs to calm down. Apply After Wax Care to soothe redness and deeply hydrate. Avoid direct sun, the ocean, the pool, and tight clothing for 24 hours after waxing.

How often per month?
